The man that helped us was amazing. He was kind when I asked for cookies right off the bat. It smelled amazing in there so I wanted to order a sandwich. There was unfortunately no pepperoni left but that was okay! Because the man gave us other options! Such a sweetheart! Thank you for making our night!
Did not catch the guy’s name but he had glasses. Anyway, I ordered my food at 4:58pm, online it said 5:15pm it would be ready, i got here at 5:03pm and it was ready by the time I walked in! He offered me a complimentary cup too even though I was on my way out. Filled my water, got in my car, and see him keeping himself busy waiting for the next customer. Subway provides great customer service. The team is attentive and explains any questions. The management is great and the quality of their prep work is good. The bread is soft and fresh. The team cares about their job and what they are serving. This Subway has better service than others, making it the best choice. The staff works hard to make everything look appetizing and taste good. They make sandwiches, like any other Subway, but with more care.
