Did not catch the guy’s name but he had glasses. Anyway, I ordered my food at 4:58pm, online it said 5:15pm it would be ready, i got here at 5:03pm and it was ready by the time I walked in! He offered me a complimentary cup too even though I was on my way out. Filled my water, got in my car, and see him keeping himself busy waiting for the next customer. Went in today and was attended by Sway. Great customer service and just very attentive and explained any questions we had. From past experiences at other locations there was lack of service and just wanted to leave a review because Sway went above and beyond today.

Subway provides great customer service. The team is attentive and explains any questions. The management is great and the quality of their prep work is good. The bread is soft and fresh. The team cares about their job and what they are serving. This Subway has better service than others, making it the best choice. The staff works hard to make everything look appetizing and taste good. They make sandwiches, like any other Subway, but with more care.
