“December 19 2021 this was the third time going to this establishment and it will be the last customer service is awful long wait for your food and to top it off my wife got sick from the food just a lousy burger I might add. Nogales is constantly harping to buy or consume local really my wife and I will continue to go to Tucson where you feel like a real customer.“

“The reason I gave Jack in the box A1 for service is because I do not like having to order at the kiosk. You can't figure out how to make the machine work. I have used the kiosk in the past and ended up with the wrong order. Not what I wanted. We need to hire people to to operate a cash register and take orders. The personal touch is always better“
