I was concerned when I first walked up to the food truck. There were no other customers, and the inside was so incredibly clean it looked like they hadn't been cooking for a while. When I placed my order, I asked how long it would take. The dude had a pretty thick accent, and I thought he said it would take 50 minutes. My wife and I enjoyed an excellent breakfast at Higos this morning. Heuvos Rancheros were fantastic.
