This is hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had in a long time. We happened to be nearby for a hike. Saw the sign and stopped in and definitely glad we did. I've worked in the industry for many years and you are definitely doing it right.
Amazing food, cooked from scratch. We had the House Burger which was delicious. Didn’t even need ketchup! Real food, great vibes, and honestly just so impressed. 100 stars.

The toasted bun was soft as a pillow; the grilled hot dog was split in half and covered with fresh pico de gallo and roasted Hatch peppers plus drizzled with chipotle mayonnaise. My side salad with avocado lime cilantro dressing tasted like someone just picked the mixed baby greens from their garden.
