I was impressed by the vegan seasonal special and the balance the dish had. The flavors were fresh and complimentary. Then the vegan dessert mousse was delicious, decadent and just the right amount of sweet and rich.
Ok.. I must admit that I have not been a big fan of food here in the past. That has now changed! We were lucky enough to have Joey (one of the managers) wait on us and he was super attentive and friendly. The food?? TREMENDOUSLY improved since years ago. You have to try their brewery selection here too! Thank you Joey for your kindness!
How crazy that I have been driving past Saddlebrooke Ranch since its inception many years ago and had never visited until last Sunday when I ate brunch at the Club House.
Spectacular seems to be the best adjective for the entire subdivision and the dining room at the Club House exceeded all of my expectations. The custom wood-fired pizza kitchen, located and visible as you enter the bar, is unique. Next time I'm on.
