This place is amazing! Their pastries are so delicious and their loaf of breads are also good. I come here every week to buy something and it’s always good. Their customer service is also great they’re very sweet!
Walking in you’re graced with the wonderful smell of fresh baked treats and dough rising. The almond and chocolate croissants were both devoured, with a good flake and chew. The turtle bars were also an indulgent treat!
Bought the fresh pizza dough and jarred pizza sauce. Took the crust home and let it rise for 4 hours in the bag on the counter. Rolled it out with some flour and put it on my Primo hardwood smoker. Gently grilled both sides of the crust to firm it up and get some grill marks. Took the crusts in and topped them. Them back on the grill at 375 for 12 minutes. Best crust ever! Was crunchy crispy on the outside and soft and warm inside. I won’t use any other pizza dough again!...
