The whole Dunkin’ experience
nothing special. sugar and coffee ☕. Staff has fun together on the headsets.
I understand that working in a fast-paced environment can be stressful, but customer service shouldn’t be sacrificed because of it. Unfortunately, every time I visit this location, the employees at the drive-thru window come across as rude and make customers feel rushed, even when the line isn’t very busy.
