Food is good, but the restrooms smell diabolical. I'm not sure if it's a serious plumbing problem or if it's because this Panera is in Oro Valley so it's mostly old people using the restrooms and making it smell horrific, either way it needs to be addressed because the smell travels to the dining area and it's disgusting. My wife and I have eaten here several times including ordering thru door dash. In person dining at the location is good, aside from the aforementioned horrible smell coming from the restrooms. The food quality when ordered thru door dash is usually lacking, missing items, not made as well as when we dine at location, etc.

Oro Valley location published closing time is 9 PM. Arrived close to 8. Personnel already pulled pastries out of the case, sweeping, no coffee. Received potato chips with with 4 soup orders and 1 mac & cheese order. I was under the impression that you served bread with these entrees. Two ordered grilled cheese sandwiches and they appeared burned. The pizza my teenaged grandson ordered lacked flavor as it had watered down tomato sauce and odd tasting cheese.Young lady at the front counter was very nice, but avoided my question about bread accompaniments.

Service was good. Food was ok not the best. Ordered bread bowel wished it had more soup in it.
Property management needs to clean sewer/water lines in this commercial complex. I came in thru the backdoor, place smelled awful and walked out. I imagine it's just as bad inside Chipolte next door.What a bummer.?

Sandwiches are very good. One time recently I got one but the pickle spear was missing. The main problem here is the lack of service. I've walked out 3 times now due to no one to take my order. Inside I waited and waited, calling out. I and another customer walked out. The last time was in the drive thru. The car in front of me took 5 minutes to order. I got to the speaker and heard "I'll be with you in a minute". 5 minutes later I was still there. I gave up AGAIN and left. I guess they don't care about customers here or getting their money.

I go to SO MANY Paneras while traveling, everything at this one is exactly how you want it. I ordered a customized sandwich and it was perfect, they were super friendly when I picked up the sandwich. And the tea was perfection - not overly chilled and obvi fresh brewed.

Stopped in about 3-3:30 on a Tuesday to get some lemonade and a snack - that was the worst idea. The staff were rude to both us and the customer in-front of us there for a pick up. I ordered a large lemonade and a cookie since I wasn't getting good vibes to order food, glad I didn't. She didn't even bother to mention when I ordered that they were out of EVERY tea and lemonade in their bubblers, plus their CO2 was going out and ALL their soda was flat. All of the trash cans were over flowing with trash, food, dirty plates. Tables were dirty and had food left. The place looked like a disaster. I understand they could have had a rush but you can tell it had been some time since their rush ended and no one bothered to check the lobby. Because of the state of everything I was scared to use the bathroom. Won't be going back to that location again.
