I had my favorite bagel, cinnamon raisin, with my favorite flavored cream cheese, honey walnut. Still tastes good. Most of the servers acted like I was disrupting their work when I had a question but one was friendly. I will go back but not often, too far from home.

We enjoy Panera Bread for a satisfying, delicious meal at a reasonable rate. The service has always been friendly and efficient.
The means have been served quickly and as ordered. The temperature of our meals meets ServSafe standards. The quantity and quality of the meals are very satisfying. I like the fact that the ingredients on a sandwich are uniform across the entire piece of bread, not piled up in the middle leaving nothing along the edges.

It has happened too often, like today, that none of the items we ordered -on the Panera app- were as we ordered them. One sandwich had no avocado, whereas the other sandwich had avocado when it was not supposed to, AND the cheese was left off; the salad had none of the onions that were ordered.

Panera is, basically, unreliable.
