We ordered our, food was ready when it said it would be, staff seemed friendly enough. The food was hit or miss. I had a bowl, two proteins, I thought the fish was great but the rice was kind of dry. We tried the chicken taquitos, I thought they were pretty good. My wife burrito was average. The chips and rice are where the food earned it's two. The chips were stale and saltless, I'm certain they had been sitting out longer than they should have, we ended up eating...

So sorry for the review, but this is the most flat/flavorless tacos i ever had. Hope they get better and more authentic because the competition is hard in Tucson where you find tasty mex food. Service was great.

It was my first time eating at Rubio's. The staff was great and the restaurant was clean. Personally, I wasn't crazy about what I ordered, but the other people with me liked their food very much!
