Website says open till 9pm, arrived at 6:45 and they had the barstools flipped up and the place was empty. Reluctantly they sat us, said no to outside table request, and told us the bar was closed. Said it was the end of their season and were changing their hours. Didn’t get to eat. Wasted the drive out and the ride down.

Wait service and food was good.

We came here to eat and watch football and baseball games. The manger refused to accommodate our requests and said he was busy but he had time to take picture bus tables, stand around.

Bottom line he was worthless and does not belong in the hospitality business

Never go there if you expect professionalism from this establishment

Service is horrible, staff are rude. I work in hospitality and can never take any excuse for treating paying customers the way we were treated…

Wow! This tops the cake as the worst service I have ever experienced. Having come from the hospitality industry I am usually very emphatic and never complain as I understand the pressure of the job, but these wait staff (particularly the one serving us) was lazy and got multiple parts of our order wrong. Then she proceeded to try and gas light us before then throwing a tantrum at my pregnant wife by aggressively flailing her arms and encroaching on her personal space. My PREGNANT wife felt threatened and intimidated. If you are reading this PLEASE never come here unless for comedic purposes.

Literally garbage, this place would be better at the bottom of the lake. Wouldn’t serve any drinks at 7pm because “the bar was closed” when everyone around us had drinks. Served cold food. Server had an extreme attitude and clearly hated us. Took 2 hours for pizzas to come out. They ran around serving the locals and ignoring the tourists. You’re better off having crackers and Gatorade from the gas station for dinner. Avoid at all costs. Go far out of our way to avoid this place. You’re welcome.

If you have a 2 hour wait on pizza….then you should tell the customer when they are ordering…? The waitstaff could not care less, I’m surprised this place still exists.

Absolutely beautiful views and excellent service. Ruby was personable and professional. So kind and recommended the Navajo Tacos which were amazing ! Every experience we’ve had here has been great.

Be Advised: In order to enter to where the restaurant is, you need to either pay $30 or have the park pass. We were passing through and took a detour to eat, but nowhere did we see this information posted online or Google. A 30min waste of our roadtrip.

This place is absolute trash! Waited 20 minutes before we had anyone acknowledge us at the table. We had two waters with us and we were told that we can’t bring them in with us. What? After being seated we were repeatedly being told that we can’t mix our diabetic medication with any water. What? This place is a joke!
We tried to get ice cream and after serving just one family before us they told us they can’t serve anymore ice cream for 30 minutes. What? They should look around and ask themselves, why is this place empty! You’ve been warned, take your business into town!

Would get no stars if possible for unfriendly service at the hostess desk. Approached hostess to ask a question and get seated. After a friendly “ Hi” from me, hostess didn’t have the courtesy to even look up, make eye contact, or respond with a greeting, just continued doing what she was doing, which I think was organizing menus. I felt ignored and muttered, “ Ok then” and proceeded to walk away. It was then that she responded, but by that point, I was six or 7 feet away. I don’t know if this is a cultural thing or personal, but found this rude and offensive. Hostess needs to go back to training, as that role sets tone for the restaurant experience.

Visited this restaurant with a group of 6 adults. We were seated fast, had a great view of the lake with the inside/outside seating. We received waters upon our waitress introducing herself. We then ordered our food and everything was absolutely delicious! Would recommend anyone to visit - the negative reviews were not the experience we had by far

Great location but awful service. We have been there multiple times while boating on Powell and usually have mediocre service. But this last time was unacceptable. Sat for 20 min without any service and only a handful of customers were there. Went to bar and again no service. Walked out, very disappointing.

We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we came back the following day! We don’t understand why their reviews are so low? Their prickly pear cocktail is great - not too sweet and lots of flavor. We enjoyed two full meals - one lunch and one dinner. The atmosphere is fantastic and we loved watching the boats come and go while we enjoyed the patio seating. We will definitely return when our travels bring us back to Lake Powell!
