Google says it's temporarily closed, but it is very open. We stayed at the hotel and went for dinner. Tristan was such a great server! Drinks were good and fantastic mocktail options too. The salmon is beautiful. If you go, make sure you order the apple churros with caramel sauce. I don't usually go for the sweet stuff, but those were insane!
We stayed at Hyatt Page for 2 nights and ate at Prickly Pear Kitchen twice. First night we tried the Bison burgers with sweet potato fries, chicken nachos and salmon. Salmon was nicely cooked and the veggies were delicious. 2nd night we tried the tacos and quinoa salad with shrimp, all was delicious. Service was quick. Highly recommend.

I had a cocktail, tacos, cornbread, and broccoli, and everything was genuinely so good. I was kind of shocked at how much I enjoyed it. Great food, great view, and exactly what I needed after a long day.
