After visiting the Antelope Canyon, I had lunch at this place. Big John definitely puts some effort into decorating the place. The outside smoker is what lured me into this restaurant. It serves BBQ similar to the ones I had in Texas.
When visiting Page, Arizona, Big John's Texas Barbecue is an absolute must stop. They serve what are quite possibly the best ribs you will every have anywhere. Order Full Rack of Baby Back Pork Ribs $36 as of June 2026. It will feed two hungry people. Or, it will feed three if you add a salad or sides. Try the three sauces in the bottles until you find the one that goes best with your ribs.

We were in Page for three nights and ended up eating there two...
We went here for a dinner after a long day of travelling and sightseeing. The staff found a place for us at the crowded tables pretty quickly and brought us the menu. Unfortunately it took some time for them to ask us what we want and serve it but it wasnt really a big issue. However the food was amazing. I can really recommend the ribs and the pulled pork sandwich. There was live music with a small band playing country and rock songs, the crowd was singing and clapping and everyone...
