We stopped by this place while traveling in the southwest. The place had a great vibe. We ordered a pretzel (huge), Canyon taco and beef sandwich. All were served quickly and were tasty. Our server, Matt, was super knowledgeable about all things beer and distillery. My hubby got a whiskey flight and ended up buying a bottle of the bourbon. We enjoyed talking with Matt; I was happy we got him as a server since I had just read another review that said how awesome he is!
Decided to try the local brewery on our trip from Bryce Canyon to Grand Canyon, and I left disappointed. We came in later in the evening, about an hour before closing, and were put on a wait, so we wandered around looking at the merchandise for sale. Once seated our server was prompt to see if we were ready to order. Once we figured out what we wanted, the food came out quite quickly and with lovely presentation for a brewery, but we were missing an item and it never showed, so...
Stopped in for drinks & dinner. We were seated and served by Matt. He started off with great drink recs. Matt was awesome and didn't disappoint.
The Mrs. started the evening with a Tiki Blossom, she really enjoyed it(she wound up having 3). I chose the The Old Dame Barley Wine, not only was I pleasantly surprised to see a barley wine on the menu, it was very reminiscent of Stone's Old Guardian c.2010 IYKYK!!
