Food is great but very pricey. That's the reason for the 3 star. Pricier than a big city like Chicago SFO, LA, New York. I do understand that sourcing of Korean ingredients would be more but but u can't be 20% more expensive. Then you get a upcharge of 18% service charge. Not good for business. Place was pretty empty for a huge place. Won't expect this place will last more than a year if they don't fix the pricing and service charge. Good luck.
Honestly don’t know why there are so many negative reviews on this restaurant. As an Australian visiting the US I’m not sure what people expect for service standards, but it was good by Australian standards. The food was honestly very delicious, portions were big too. Pretty authentic as well. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re tired of all the burgers and diner style food on your road trip. Some people complained that the cutlery is in a drawer...
