Based on reviews, Mucho Loko Food Truck serves outstanding Quesabirria, birria and carne asada tacos, and a fire torta. The meats are perfectly seasoned and very juicy. The birria consomme is delicious, though a bit salty for some. The homemade food is fresh and delicious, with homemade salsa. The hot dog is great with a soft, fresh bun and good toppings. Sopes are pretty yummy, and the birria is not too cheesy. The food is very reasonably priced for the portions and authenticity. Expect an explosion of flavor and a unique experience. It is a delightful little find and an absolute must after taking the antelope canyon tour.
