Absolutely delicious! We had the quesobirria and tacos and they were so good. Super friendly and nice too.
All the flavors are there! The food was excellent.
I only gave 4 stars because it’s really expensive. For 5 people was $120 plus tip which is a bit more than I expected to spend at a taco food truck.

The Birria Ramen is FIRE. The broth is rich, meaty, decadent, spiced with just a hint of what I think might be clove?

Based on reviews, Mucho Loko Food Truck serves outstanding Quesabirria, birria and carne asada tacos, and a fire torta. The meats are perfectly seasoned and very juicy. The birria consomme is delicious, though a bit salty for some. The homemade food is fresh and delicious, with homemade salsa. The hot dog is great with a soft, fresh bun and good toppings. Sopes are pretty yummy, and the birria is not too cheesy. The food is very reasonably priced for the portions and authenticity. Expect an explosion of flavor and a unique experience. It is a delightful little find and an absolute must after taking the antelope canyon tour.
