Eat at the rainbow room two nights in a row. Had absolutely amazing service from Michael both nights. The food was top-notch… The service was even better.. This is our first trip out to Lake Powell, but we will definitely be back. A+ goes out to Michael for tremendous service.
Go for the view and atmosphere, not the food. Caesar salad came out with 1/4 teaspoon of dressing, rice I’m 95% sure was Rice-a-roni, the half chicken was decent but pretty blah. But amazing panoramic views of the lake and sunset.
Service was great. But the food not up to the price. I ordered shrimp cocktail, bruschetta, and French onion soup. I have never sent food back, but that soup was disgusting. Tasted like nothing. I was half tempted to go back to the kitchen and show them how to make it. The shrimp was put on a plate like you would get at a superpower party! Bruschetta was ok. Do not recommend!
