Place reeked from the bathrooms as soon as you walk in the door. That put us off, but we got seated far away from it and couldn't smell it from our table. The place held a lot of people and there was no wait for breakfast. Food was standard but cooked well. Service was good. Price was fine.
Everythingbwas great with this spot. Only real fault was the Choice Steak. During my visit the the steak had the classic old steak smell. It smelled from a distance and tasted like it had been sitting for a while before cooked. Maybe its their supplier or something else. The Road House steaks I order never taste like this so I don't think it's a personal preference. The service here was above and beyond.
My husband and I stopped in to pick up breakfast on our way to Horseshoe Bend, and we were so glad we did! We both ordered the corned beef hash with eggs, which came with hash browns, and we shared a stack of pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious!
The woman who helped us was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We’ll definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!
