Honestly ive been going to this place for a long while now and never had any issues until now. I put in an order at 8am and scheduled it to be delivered at or around 10:30am. My instructions were leave it on the porch. Tell me why its not there? Did someone take it? Did they leave it at another door step? Whatever happened I don't have my order and now im out 32 dollars and no food. The guy on the phone said there is nothing they can do and then hung up the god damn phone on me. So again im left with no food and 32 dollars gone. Thanks dominos I appreciate it so much and i guess ill figure out how to feed my family with the 20 bucks i got left!!!

Can’t get an order right to save their lives 3 times I had to call to inform them my order was wrong. They delivered 3 times with the wrong order. Then refused a refund unless I came into the store. What a joke! Completely incompetent.

Dominoes in Parker Az doesn’t answer their phone. Called 6 times in a 15 minute time frame to fix an order that was messed up online and kept getting hung up on. While the phone was ringing, updates on order were coming in. POS customer service at this store.

January 5, 2025 @ 10:29am Today was my first time at this Domino's, I could not have been more impressed not only with my pizza purchase, but also how quickly they perfected my black olive pan pizza. As usual, consistentcy is the standard of practice for Domino's, however, this Domino's is located right on Riverside in the the retail area, talk about location, location, location!! The constant specials and discount coupons make having their pizza a no brainer. Parking is right and tight to the building, so no long walks with boxes. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry make for good ADA compliance (thank you). Walking in, very clean, tidy, and easy checkout process. Customer Service.... Absolutely fantastic from the young man who greeted me the moment i walked in, professional, well-groomed, well-spoken and good eye contact (there are just some things that truly make a difference, like clean looking hands/nails which this cashier had, I appreciate cleaniliness right along with an employee that clearly takes pride in his work and presence👍)!!! Every Domino's that i go to, i always order pan style crust with black olives or mushrooms, this was a work of art, not one bit of it was anything less than perfect. The pizza tracker on the app let me know when it went in the oven and when it would be done, i arrived within 2 minutes of the estimated completion time, and Boom, there it was for me to carryout. This is a 10 gold star Domino's! They'll be seeing me on the regular due to my pizza passion, even though i live some distance away, yet, I'm in Parker regularly. Bravo to Domino's #7545 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Have two big banners advertising lunch buffet. Walked in at 1245pm with an hour and 15 min left and there was two slices of pizza out and some pasta. What a joke!! Turned around and walked out immediately. Thanks for wasting my time.
They never answer the phone regardless of if it's busy or not. Pizzas are never consistent and have been getting worse and worse in quality for the past three years.
