January 5, 2025 @ 10:29am Today was my first time at this Domino's, I could not have been more impressed not only with my pizza purchase, but also how quickly they perfected my black olive pan pizza. As usual, consistentcy is the standard of practice for Domino's, however, this Domino's is located right on Riverside in the the retail area, talk about location, location, location!! The constant specials and discount coupons make having their pizza a no brainer. Parking is right and tight to the building, so no long walks with boxes. Wheelchair accessible parking and entry make for good ADA compliance (thank you). Walking in, very clean, tidy, and easy checkout process. Customer Service.... Absolutely fantastic from the young man who greeted me the moment i walked in, professional, well-groomed, well-spoken and good eye contact (there are just some things that truly make a difference, like clean looking hands/nails which this cashier had, I appreciate cleaniliness right along with an employee that clearly takes pride in his work and presence👍)!!! Every Domino's that i go to, i always order pan style crust with black olives or mushrooms, this was a work of art, not one bit of it was anything less than perfect. The pizza tracker on the app let me know when it went in the oven and when it would be done, i arrived within 2 minutes of the estimated completion time, and Boom, there it was for me to carryout. This is a 10 gold star Domino's! They'll be seeing me on the regular due to my pizza passion, even though i live some distance away, yet, I'm in Parker regularly. Bravo to Domino's #7545 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍

Have two big banners advertising lunch buffet. Walked in at 1245pm with an hour and 15 min left and there was two slices of pizza out and some pasta. What a joke!! Turned around and walked out immediately. Thanks for wasting my time.

They never answer the phone regardless of if it's busy or not. Pizzas are never consistent and have been getting worse and worse in quality for the past three years.

Pizza was good. I walked in. Got asked my name by an employee then I stood there waiting for my pizza that was already done for 10 mins. Finally a different employee walked in the back door and gave me my food.

The male employee was rather rude. The female employee seemed new or untrained.No pricing on any menus or menu board.Food was hot but definitely not worth the price.
We went on a vacation trip on 11/18 we order pizza at around 5 pm we put all the instructions on the app since we were at a resort. My app said the driver left at 6:02 the store. I call the store at around 6:30 MATTEW answer and then I ask about my order he hang the phone it happen 3 times then my husband spoke to him he said he was going to call the driver while waiting he gang to phone again my husband call again for 6 times and he keep on putting him on hold when he finally answered the phone he said the pizza was delivered and it wasn’t then he is like well it was delivered wrong person , do you want a refund or reorder and wait 2 hours. I went to the spot he said the pizza was delivered and the people didn’t had the order he lied to us he could send another pizza for the waiting time and the inconvenience but he decided not to do it. He really sucks at costumer service. My refund hasn’t show on my account.

Well I was frustrated over not being able to place my order with my 60 points... So I finally called it in and can't use your points on calls.... So I'm not happy... The phone rang and then will I hold... Yes and I waited 3 mins... Finally Zander answerers and I was ready to chew him out... Well Zander is polite and listens to me... He had me calm in less then 3 seconds... He took my order,... He called back to confirm my address .. He delivered my food... Zander is a very polite, calm, gentleman... I would of gave 5 stars if online worked out but I'm happy... Thank u Domino s and thank u Zander....

Domino's is a STRONG constant for me, whenever I have the opportunity, I'd gleefully order a Domino's pizza, specifically the Pan-made Pepperoni Pizza, maybe with the addition of Bacon too. I am a very picky eater, but Domino's had convinced me to start thinking beyond what I eat now, and expand further into the world of Toppings, I haven't found such a simple yet efficient place capable of dishing out delicious Pizza's that are certain to make anybody's day. To be honest, and this may sound hopeful, but La Piazza and Domino's would make an amazing alliance with eachother!
Overall, strongly recommend carry-out and/or delivery, both can have you reap similar delicious meals, and you can even use the Website to get coupons!
