I was treated very rudely after getting terrible service from this location. I placed and order(myself because they can't afford an employee to do that) and after 15 minutes I had to come to the counter to ask about my order. At that time is when they started making my food. When I was handed my food after another 10 minutes I was treated very rudely for asking for my drink as well.
Do not give this place your money!!!
Jack: no not respond to this review with your corporate non speak. I filled out my survey and expect a call.

I'd never eaten at a Jack in the Box before. I now know to stay away. The decor was spartan. There were hardly any condiments. Food was only so-so (although I lived my Oreo Shake). This chain has seen better days.

Slowest jack in the box EVER. They can't keep up with orders . 20 min wait every single time . Even when you pull up to the drive through speaker , still takes them 5/10 min to greet you

I was hoping to give this jack in the box a review. And couldn't believe it popped up on my phone,
I was on my way to lake Havasu for a couple days fishing on Memorial Day 2025, So I wasn't surprised to had a wait for my order, the order was taken very quickly and while I was waiting I was not ignored, actually I was being updated that it wasn't forgotten. A few times, you can imagine fast food on a Holiday like that.
The order finally came up and I have to say These guys nailed it, the food was fresh, prepared like Jack in the box would want. And I gave it a 5 star atmosphere because with all that was going on I was impressed how clean and pleasant it was, worth the wait...
What more can I say, well I actually can, because I was on my way back home and was so pleased with the experience there, let see how they do on a regular day.. same great service,
Same great food, but I was back on the road so fast, now that's fast food..
I don't mind waiting for other folks to get their orders filled as long as mine is as fresh as it should be.. eating out is not cheap anymore, the guy at the counter was awesome but it's all a team effort.

When in town, I go through the drive thru because I'm disabled. I can't just pop out of my car and skip inside to order. When handing the girl at the window my money, she dropped 2 pennies. I looked at her. She looked rudely at me and kept her hand out. I asked if she expected me to pick those up. She said she wasn't about to do it and continued to hold her hand out. At first, I tried to wriggle around, and my bones were arguing. I had no other pennies in my purse, and SHE'S the one who dropped them. She can "eat" the pennies or come get them later. When another girl came to the window with the bag and restated the price, I demanded my money back.
They won't miss my business. It's not a drop in the register for them. They could be rude in so many ways to so many customers, and their bottom line won't be affected. I really do enjoy Subway, and it's definitely healthier for me. I think I'll start making the extra effort when I'm in town. Perhaps, in every town I go through.

Slow. Workers see us and ignored us. Waited for 20 minutes without anyone speaking to me. Forgot items and fries cold.

Everytime I have been here they always forget something. My fries were cold they forgot to give me my cups for drinks and forgot my condiments. I had an online order.. The burger was pretty good though.

A very pleasant young person was very welcoming and took time out of their day to give us ideas for our pups to get out and play. And they also brought me out extra curly fries cuz they knew I liked them. Lol...far too often are reviews seem to be reserved for complaining about bad service, I thought it important to boast on this good experience. I think it even made the food taste better 😋
