Lack of maintenance and indifferent staff make for a poor review. Most of the men's room was broken, self service stands would not print receipts so you don't know what number your order is. Staff is ignoring customers. People waiting long times for their drinks.

Extremely rude workers and do not care about their jobs whatsoever. One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever encountered. Please be better and more nice! Also, ordered my kid a happy meal and didn’t get her hamburger

Went in for the squismallow happy meals for my children was looking over toys in display in front of counter, upon placing order I was never informed that they were out of toys instead of toys I received a cookie. Was not happy but didn't need to go Irate, just felt they should inform the guests, to make things worse there was no TP in bathrooms and floor was wet w puddles. Both in bathroom and play area.. was not very busy at time of visit.

I placed a mobile order at 11:00 from Hwy 62. We arrived at 1:00PM to pick up at the drive-thru. When we arrived, we were asked to wait. After about 5 minutes, we drove to the pick-up window (as we frequently do) and were told that they couldn't help us because they had no cash box. We replied that we had a prepaid mobile order and we were asked to park. We parked and received our order a few minutes later - without chicken nugget sauce that we had to go in for. Possibly understaffed with no supervisor?

Tried breakfast here twice, got my food fast only because it was already cooked sitting under a heat lamp so my food was dry and tasted bad.

A quarter pounder and a fillet of fish sandwich. We were told to drive up to wait for the food. We finally had to go get it. It was cold dry and the worst sandwich I’ve ever had from McDonald’s.
I had to wait 15-20 minutes for someone to come to the register so i could place my order. They have a sign that says they accept EBT. But then they tell you their machine is down. Which i can understand. But other customers have told me its been that way for a while. Why have the sign up then saying you accept EBT. Why not put a sign up saying EBT is down or no longer accepting EBT.

Ordered a Quarter Pounder NO CHEESE. Gave me a burger WITH CHEESE. With the kitchen grill slip taped to the burger box that said "NO CHEESE." We were just passing through town, so I cannot turn around to complain, and get the burger I paid for. And I am going hungry now, because I can't eat cheese.

DISGUSTING!!! This has got to be the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever been to. Trash cans filled to the top, no hand sanitizer in any of the dispensers, the bathroom smells terribly of mold... I watched a few people walk in, see how gross it was, then walk right back out the door without ordering. It was difficult enduring the smell for just a few minutes, I couldn't imagine having to sit through an entire meal. PATRONS BEWARE!!! Corporate office, you should be aware of the state of this location and the management should be ashamed. They need to be reviewed by a health inspector, and should probably be shut down IMMEDIATELY!

This is the worst Mc Donald’s I have ever been too. I just left there about 10-15 mins ago. I order the 2cheeseburger and fries meal I asked them no cheese tho please. What I got was two burnt buns and what might be called a piece of hamburger in between the toasted burnt buns. There was no pickle ketchup or mustard on either burger. The burger is so over cooked. Aggghhhh. Here’s a pict of them I will never go back too this McDonalds. Also at the drive thru there was no other cars yet o had too yell hello hello. Hello. And finally someone said hi welcome to McDonalds. Don’t wasn’t as if they were busy at all. Wich they weren’t. I would recommend that you find another place too get your food.
