Beyond a TOTAL clown show. Nobody wants to do their jobs. Waited over 20 minutes before just getting a refund. 🤡
Pulled into the drive through. Waited...No one answered. Someone pulls into the other lane, helped them right away. Kept asking if anyone was there..Finally answered a few minutes later. Left and went somewhere else.

I have had a few slow experiences here but what I have never had is bad customer service. For a McDonald's that is extremely rare.

Typical McDonalds, but in the unforgiving desert... so surprisingly it's very CLEAN.
Weird thing, no mirrors in the bathrooms.

Just spent 52 bucks at pick up windows number 2. Didn't get fries for my big Mac meal. I would have called but it is impossible to call you. You know that.

They don’t take corporate McDonalds coupons! Was told this after I ordered and told them I had the coupon.
This is the one of the worst locations. Management should be replaced. Ihave been here a few times and I should know better. I was given a half cooked burger. This visit they didn't get my order correct. Had to wait 20 minutes in the parking lot and still got cold bad food. The drive thru protocall makes me hesitant stop at any McDonald's. Just drive by do not go jere.

One of the rudest McDonald’s managers I’ve ever experienced in my life I ordered, but then realized I was being charged too much. I ordered a 2 McMuffin modified with bacon instead of sausage and 2 hash browns. And the order came to $22 person came in after me and ordered four McMuffins with sausage and was charged $12. I was upset and said why was my order so much and asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and angrily canceled the order. And also rudely accuse me by saying you didn’t look at the register it shows you what it is and then took the sandwiches off and left the hashbrowns so I canceled the order all together. I asked if the order was canceled and she said yes, and then she said-angriy-I hope you enjoy the day that you deserve! Frankly, some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s and I’ve been around the world. This person should not be working at your store and should be fired. Maybe she should work at the Walmart across the street and not deal with customers but work as a stocker in the back warehouse! She has no concept of customer service and doesn’t realize that the number one rule applies treat your customers right so they return. She is just rude, rude, rude!!

Employees do not pay attention to any of the customers. Handed me the wrong ticket weighted 15 minutes in my order the employees running around just eating ice cream

So dumb. Why are there 8 cars sitting on the side waiting for food. How about you stop taking orders if you can’t fulfill the order instead of making everyone wait on the side of the building??!!

The bathroom was very dirty, neither soap dispenser worked. Took forever to get food, they were helping everyone in drive thru and neglected every single person inside. Very rude and incompetent. Will never return.
