I placed a mobile order at 11:00 from Hwy 62. We arrived at 1:00PM to pick up at the drive-thru. When we arrived, we were asked to wait. After about 5 minutes, we drove to the pick-up window (as we frequently do) and were told that they couldn't help us because they had no cash box. We replied that we had a prepaid mobile order and we were asked to park. We parked and received our order a few minutes later - without chicken nugget sauce that we had to go in for. Possibly...
