And... After a grueling 5 mi drive down a road made for testing off road equipment, we made it here. A bar in the middle of the desert. Yeah. That's the whole attraction. A simple bar 5 mi off road. Pretty cool place. Seasonal hours, only open weekends during a few months each year, still a must do if you're in the area. Owning a truck or jeep helps getting there. Def not your yuppie in fine clothes or fine car kind of place. If you're into off roading and hang w that crowd then we can have a great time in a cool spot. Live music also also. Good times will be had.
An outstanding unique experience! It's out in the desert, so it's a trip for anybody anywhere, but it's just lovely. It's a bar and live music in an open pit mine! Great food and good music for dancing! Bring the dog and even the kids as it is family friendly. Just remember you're in the desert so keep an eye on them little ones!

The food was good but pricey, so we split the tri tip sandwich. There is nothing vegetarian so don't expect it. It's kind of unique and the band/music was good. We were glad dogs were allowed.
