Dear Rupertos: I am a frequent customer. Wednesday I ordered a beef flauta plate. It was great as usual. As I was about to eat the second flauta, I noticed antenna. Those antenna were attached to a flat roach head; a big one. It was sticking right out of the flauta. I am deadly afraid of those bugs. I was so hurt and upset. I didn't even want to bring it back. Nothing could have fixed it. I debated posting this. I am SO SORRY this happened to me.

Taquitos traditionaly come with guacamole 🥑 well NOT these ones only the very tip, rest is sour cream, after scraping the sour cream off, I noticed only the very tip had guacamole . Check your taquitos before leaving. UNSATISFACTORY

Most of the time the service is good and the food is good, depending on whos taking the orders will determine the quality of service, the girls who take the orders are very pleasant and helpful, but the 2 guys taking the orders pretend to not speak english, they will deliberately mess the order up, give you burnt tortillas etc... also when the 2 guys are taking order pay attention to what they are charging you, they will try to overcharge you amd change prices to make things more expensive... the girls dont do that but the guys do.
The wait here is ridiculous. Their service is terrible

Spent over 20 minutes in the drive thru at the window waiting for our food. The food came out cold and the burrito looked terrible the tortilla was falling apart. There was 1 person in front of us overall time spent sitting in the drive thru was over 40 minutes.

I love this spot . They’ve never messed up my orders. The guac is okay , but the food is awesome ! Service is great , I was recently there and the young girl was very nice to me . She’s the daughter of one of the local boys in town . Food was awesome and service was great . Thank you
