I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your location. After being sick for two weeks, all I wanted was something simple and comforting—your two crunchy tacos.

Unfortunately, my visit was disappointing for the following reasons:
1. Missing Change: I did not receive my $6 in change. While I was initially more focused on getting food into my system than the money, this is still an important oversight.
2. Missing Taco Sauce: No taco sauce was included with my order. This significantly affected the flavor and enjoyment of the meal, leaving the tacos bland and unsatisfying.
3. Customer Service: The employee who assisted me seemed distracted and flustered, engaging with others around him but not giving proper attention to me as a customer. It felt like my presence and order were overlooked.

I’m sharing this not to complain, but in hopes that it helps improve the experience for future guests. I’ve always appreciated Taco Bell as a go-to comfort meal, and I’d love to see the focus on customer care return.

This may be the worst Taco Bell in history. The worker at the drive thru, with pink glasses should be let go. She was insanely rude to me and my family. She was snarky and terrible service to customers. I can’t believe how rude she is. The food was cold. The machine for the soda was broken. The freeze machine wasn’t working either. How is the place still open? All while the manager sat in the corner. And had to tell her to “turn the lights on” in the seating area. This place is terrible.

Just kiosk s to order from, no person to take your order from inside. Got the new chicken nuggets and they were just ok, nothing to write home about. Probably won't go back here.

Stood at counter for over ten minutes w/ no staff offering to take my order restaurant was empty in dining area had line in drive..no excuse for lack of acknowledgment.

I order a chess Gordita crunch taco. They have a double stack taco that's only 2.19 vs 5.74. So I got burned then my hard shell taco was soft and was already split. I'm up set cause I don't like that double stack taco cause the flour tortilla don't taste good to me.

Excellent friendly service from Nancy and Andre. Staff went out of the way to verify our large order was accurate, and was polite to customers and each other the entire time we were in the restaurant.

Customer service reins supreme at this Taco Bell... EVERYTIME!
The food is hot, fresh and wrapped muvh better than some franchise eateries. The big plus about this Taco Bell are the excellent people at the other end of the speaker taking the order, speaking back clearly, then the payment and finally handing over the food.

drive-thru window employee I
have had for my last three visits named ANDRE B. who has the clarity of voice, well-groomed,
a smile that you can almost hear in his voice and definitely THE voice for radio along with a welcoming smile. Fast food employees and managers take note, it's polished people like Andre that give that 5th gold star to this Parker, AZ

The "food" they serve isn't food at all. It's highly processed, factory pre-made, chemicalized crap. Nothing you should ever consume unless you want to die an early death.

Very weird experience. I made my order using the app. When I entered the store for pick up there were two other customers. Two women together picked up their order, which included two empty cups. However, one drink should have been a freeze. That poor women stood there trying to get someone to help while the drive thru dude helped FIVE cars, his body language said I'm not going to see you, so I don't have to help you. She did finally get the attention of someone in the back who helped. Now, my order, was typical Taco Bell until I got to the Cinnamon Crisps which were stale and rancid. How did someone not smell that?! Won't be stopping here again.
