Eclectic restaurant was an old mission. The pizza for lunch was delicious and the price was right. An art gallery within the restaurant has beautiful handcrafted jewelry, leather purses, art work and other items from local artists.
Awesome food. I'm vegan and In my group of 3, we had vegan, vegetarian and omnivore with dairy aversion. We all were very satisfied. I had a calfone that was amazing. They shared a pizza and salad. So fresh and tasty! Everyone that worked here was friendly and helpful.

What a pleasant surprise! We somehow ended up at the Velvet Elvis in Patagonia — amazing atmosphere and delicious food. The hibiscus margaritas were fantastic!

I’m torn writing this review. Loved the atmosphere. Loved the service. Did NOT love the pizza. Just came home from Velvet Elvis. Looked at the reviews after coming home because I was curious what people said about the pizza. The consensus is “the pizza is not good.” It’s all about the crust. That’s what makes a good pizza. I could be completely wrong, but my theory is they use all purpose flour, instead of bread flour. It makes a world of difference to use a high quality bread flour for pizza dough, and I’m just a regular home cook. If someone from Velvet Elvis sees this, just try a bread flour pizza dough recipe for a couple of days. I bet your pizza reviews will skyrocket.

Pizza was lousy. Crust is like bred with no flavor, toppings not cooked well. Good service

What is so odd is there is no wine list?? The server had to show the actual bottles of wine. This is the only restaurant that I have ever seen, in my life, with no list.
My vegan cheese pizza with almond flour crust was just perfect!
