The bartender Mars was so helpful and had great recommendations. Everytime time drink got low she was there to chat a little and ask if I was ready for another. I got a pizza that she recommended and it was fantastic! I travel for work and the staff made me feel like I was at home. Would recommended to anyone.
My father, uncle, husband and I visited on an early afternoon for a Saturday. “G” was our waitress and was phenomenal! The food, drinks and service were top notch. This is my third visit and uncle and husband’s first visit and they both enjoyed it thoroughly. The old mission is so beautiful and definitely a unique spot. Thank you so much to all who made our visit memorable. Also to note for those who drink N/A, they have Lagunitas IPNA available....
According to our server the Velvet Elvis is no longer serving pizza, calzones, etc. We didn’t find this out until after we were seated and waited a couple of minutes for the menus. Now the new format is to be a weekly menu. The website and FB page make no mention of this. Today’s menu had “Tapas” on one side and mostly salads on the other. The menu was very disjointed.
