Drive thru girl was very rude. Kept asking me “what else” and then didn’t even give the sauce for the French dip and I was the only customer in the drive thru.

Our first visit was a few weekends ago but the food was so good we has too stop for lunch, on our way back from Nascar Championship week in Phoenix, on our way home and we got fresh curly fries and the server was amazing I didn't get her name, but amazing service and food! We will definitely stop by next trip down too Phoenix or back up, keep up the good work! The team works hard everyday!

I went in to Arby’s today and was greeted passionately by a worker named Brylea, she was extremely efficient in taking my order, and had an outstanding attitude while asking how my day has been. My food took less than five minutes and food was above exceptional!!! I will definitely be returning soon, especially if I know I will receive the same customer service as I did this time!!

I don't understand how this store cannot keep orders accurate. I went the other week and ordered no sauce on a few sandwiches and they added sauce. I went again today and got a French dip so that couldn't happen and they didnt add any of the au jus to the bag.
This Arby's is great. Everything meet or exceeded expectations - except the jamocha shake. Please note, this is not a diss on this store. Something must have changed on a higher level, because every Arby's I've been to across the state lately has been disappointing on that front. You may as well order vanilla, it would have more flavor.

Ordered drive thru and waiting 25 minutes just for them to get it wrong and give my food to someone else. Unacceptable. If you want to waste your time and have random people finger your food head on down to Arby's and watch all the other people
