This is located in the Basha's plaza, so it's easy to find - on your way into Payson/Pine or driving up to Woods Canyon. There's plenty of parking along with accessible spots. Drive through was not busy on a weekend and it was quick in and out. The food itself was nice and piping hot and fresh. The fries were a bit greasy but also very nicely crispy and toasted - with a lot of crunch to them. Super tasty and the soda was nice and refreshing. Employee was welcoming and friendly.

I haven’t had Arby’s in forever. I don’t think my kids ever have. Where I live in the valley it’s a dying chain. When I’m in a rural area is about the only time I’ll eat at a chain. This Arby’s is clean, the folks that work here are very nice and the food was surprisingly good. I tried the new sliders and the kids had their usual chicken nuggets. All in all a good experience and decent food.

My husband and I stopped on our way back to the valley from Pinetop. The staff was friendly (Terry in particular), the food was prepared very quickly and was piping hot. The restaurant was clean, as were the restrooms. We'd definitely return here for another stop through!
