“Found them while passing through town. I called and was immediately put at ease by being told they have a separate kitchen area for gluten free items. I ordered the ABC melt with Parmesan wedges and the lava cake with ice cream. It was all OUT OF THIS world and truly the best meal I’ve had in ages. Adara was who helped me on the phone and at the register. She was so kind and informative the whole time. Businesses like this are few and far between, if I am ever back in Payson I will definitely go back for more. A +++”

Also, the service was amazing. Went for my birthday. The owner was so friendly and even gave me a traditional dessert of mangos and coconut for my birthday. My family had already sung Happy birthday, but when the owner came out with the desert they did it again. So much fun!”

“If you’re looking for a great comfort foods restaurant with an outdoor patio for the pups this is the place to go. Go to relax….service is very slow but everyone was super nice. Also, only sit on the outdoor patio if you don’t mind the skeeters and flies. Once monsoon season passes that issue will be resolved! Great first time visit just didn’t get to eat much because the flies were so bad.”

“A few years back my traveling girlfriends were driving thru Payson after a fun filled weekend. They needed their coffee fix - me I’ll get a tea (not a coffee lover). We happened to find this off the beaten track coffee shop that I am sure the locals pretty much know about. We just recently took a day trip again and stopped in. Two coffees and a smoothie for me. We sat and watched the end of the eclipse and enjoyed the patio! Common Grounds is Payson’s little gem! This beats any franchise coffee shop I’ve enjoyed.”

“Everything about this place is on a higher vibration and the people are too! The drinks really are geared for what you want and their board does a great job in explaining what you are ordering. “I have lived in Payson for 25 plus years, rosatis is the best tasting pizza in town, and for very reasonable prices. Excellent variety, great service and how can you beat buy one get one free on Mondays.. This rosatis does not have a sitdown area. But dont let that stop you from takeout. Great pizza! We will be back.”

“Great family owned pizza place in Payson. The pizza is good. Nothing too unique or gourmet, just good pizza for the traveler passing through Payson. The crust is good too. We have a tradition of stopping there when I have a van full of kids going to camp. The service is accommodating for our group and we even call our order in ahead so it's mostly ready when we arrive. Give it a try.”

“My husband and I picked up a mixed berry pie for Thanksgiving, as well as a mini apple pie and a mini cherry pie. We ate the mini pies for breakfast today and they are SO DELICIOUS! Flaky crust and just the right amount of sweetness. We will definitely come back!”

They are efficient in the drive thru which is so important on busy mornings when you’re trying to get to work on time (especially me who has never been a morning person). “Traveling through needing a quick bite and this was perfect. Fast service but also good service. Honestly I was having a pretty bad day but the small talk I had with Nickole put a smile on my face.
