This is an informal, family restaurant. Don't expect fine dining, but the food isn't bad at all. The corn beef and cabbage was excellent, but only available on St. Patrick's day. The burger was perfect. The omelette was closer to scrambled eggs but delicious nonetheless, accompanied by potatoes that were not too salty. We found this restaurant just looking for a place to eat while day tripping and driving back through payson. They had rainbow trout on the menu so we both chose that. Dinner comes with everything veggies, Potatoes, salad and dessert . The trout was great. Everything had a homemade taste just like my mama made it. It was delicious. The rice pudding and bread pudding are yummy. Great price too basically less than most hamburger places in Phoenix for 2 full course trout dinners....read full review

Took a bit to find help but the one woman serving was very busy and super helpful, friendly, and attentive once we sat down. Order arrived quickly, accurately, and everything was delicious! Highly recommend Tinys for a main street alternative to the chains!!!
