My husband brought us home a hot chocolate and a pistachio latte both venti. Both drinks were watered down to the point we threw away because there wasn’t any way to make them better. 1/7/24
Can only rate service as we did not order food and used the drive through.I was driving back from the valley when my passenger, an older woman going through chemotherapy, asked me stop at Starbucks in Payson.She was in a confused state of mind and ordered the wrong coffee beverage which she realized when the order was picked up at the window.She became very upset and the barista, Morgan, asked her to describe the beverage she wanted. It's a Starbucks. Not much to say about the quality of food (as it doesn't change from store to store), but the service at this location has never disappointed. Drinks are made timely and the staff is always friendly.
