The bartender was also the cook, so food was a little slow but well worth the wait. “Driving back home through Payson, we had a craving for pizza. We decided to try Rim Country BBQ and Pizza. What a great place. Menu was so great with lots of choices that included different types of BBQ meats. We ordered the Mongollon Monster Pizza, which included San Manzaro tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, smoked brisket, sausage, and pepperoni What an amazing taste combination, and the crust was the perfect thickness. We had half of the pizza leftover for dinner and decided to get the Pitmaster salad to take home for dinner as well. This salad had so much in it; greens, brisket, turkey, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers. We picked the BBQ and buttermilk ranch dressings to go along with it. Wow, so much food. I will never look at a regular chef salad the same again. We will definitely be back.“
