Just moved in a few miles away. decided to try the pizza. Highly recommend. Was not disappointed!!
I used to stop at Sonic on my way through Payson. I stopped here and John grilled me a burger that was off the hook. It hit the spot. I cant wait to try everything else on the menu. Its a nice place to kick back and take a break from driving. Good company too. I always find unique things to buy in this country store. I highly recommend stopping here. Very good people.

Mid-State Market is a small convenience store and restaurant/bar combo with a lovely view of the mountains. It is a nice spot to stretch legs and grab some snacks on the way to Payson or Phoenix, located off a dirt road off the highway. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The lady who served and prepped food was amazing. The place is immaculately clean, with a clean restroom. There is an assortment of snacks, local honey, and small pizza slices up front. The Meatball sub was incredible. The pizza is some of the best in this side of the valley; two slices hot out of the oven had an ample and filling portion size. There is a pool table for a chill atmosphere. There is gravel parking and an accessible paved ramp.
