This Arby's is great. Everything meet or exceeded expectations - except the jamocha shake. Please note, this is not a diss on this store. Something must have changed on a higher level, because every Arby's I've been to across the state lately has been disappointing on that front. You may as well order vanilla, it would have more flavor.
DoorDash was horrible, but Victoria made things right at Arby’s. She went above and beyond. Which is unusual for fast food. Thank you so much. I disabled Sr and a disabled vet really appreciated. You taking care of us.
This is located in the Basha's plaza, so it's easy to find - on your way into Payson/Pine or driving up to Woods Canyon. There's plenty of parking along with accessible spots. Drive through was not busy on a weekend and it was quick in and out.
