What a fun, relaxing place to get some of the best mead out there! Definitely worth the trip. Rob and Angela are amazing hosts and their selection of innovative mead is outstanding. We got the mead sampler(served in these fun test tubes) and the charcuterie board. Every flavor was delicious. If you can't make it there and live in Phoenix, then look for their mead sold in several stores in the valley (check their website). We will definitely be back!

Absolutely beautiful place in the middle of the woods highly suggest coming here. Honestly some of the best beer and Mead I've ever had. It's wonderful to see everything is homemade hair they have a few light items on the menu to eat while drinking a cold brew.

This place is great. Very relaxing. The mead is good, and the scenery is beautiful. I do wish they didn't allow children, but the loud families left shortly after we arrived, and we were able to enjoy our experience. We'll be back next season!

We just had a total blast at Below the Rim. We brought our kids up the Mountain from the Valley just to check this place out. It was totally worth the drive. The kids enjoyed playing games and exploring the forest. My Husband and I enjoyed tasting all kinds of mead and the beautiful scenery.

Wife and I got a flight of 4 tastes and a charcuterie platter. It was nice to sit out, listen to the running creek nearby and relax. Thankyou for the wonderful experience!

This place was wonderful! It takes a bit to get to but it was so worth the drive. The service was great. The mead was outstanding! They have a mead for anyone to enjoy. I wanted to get a shirt to spread the word but they were out of my size, hopefully they get the online sales going soon! Such a cool little spot, highly recommend!

Rude and very entitled owners ruined the experience. It was very difficult to find our way to the location as well with no help or assistance from staff either. Not worth the drive or the time spent there for sure.

Great place to stop after a hike. Owners were really friendly. Atmosphere is simple but has a great vibe. The route there (at least the one I took) is a ways down dirt roads including one water crossing with limited flow when I was there
