I thought this was more of a coffee shop but it's more donuts and sandwiches. Saying all that I was pleasantly surprised about the coffee! I had an iced mocha coffee and it was very good.

I came here on a road trip through Payson and it was a nice stop! We got a mix of donuts and donut holes as well as a couple of drinks. Prices were fair and the donuts and drinks were great! The employees were friendly as well. Will be stopping by on our next trip through town.

We felt really good about stopping here on our regular Summer trip. It's super clean and the staff are really friendly! We went for coffee before lunch and soon after it seemed that BoSa is the spot for a quick meal. There was a line that stretched all the way to the door! I can see why though. Their apple fritters are to die for! They've got that sweet crunchy crust and real apple pieces you can see! If that's not your cup of tea try their buttermilk doughnuts, which are the quintessential of all donuts everywhere. You won't be disappointed if you stop by there. They did offer sandwiches but we didn't get them but maybe we will next time.

Had a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sammy on a croissant heated in store.( 5/5 ) Ham and cheese croissant heated in store (5/5) Two maple long johns, a cherry fritter, and a coconut flaked donuts to go, all eaten throughout the day, and all insanely fresh and delicous! Very friendly staff with a full selection of donuts behind the counter at 10am on out visit June 24th 2025. Would happily return anytime I revisit Payson. Perfect service and breakfast offerings.
