My boyfriend and I come here all the time food is usually good and service is great but i definitely got food poisoning on 3/1/25. So be cautious ordering the margarita grilled chicken and the white cheddar Mac and cheese. The kitchen staff is either not washing their hands properly or I was given expired, not properly stored or correctly kept to temp food.

Our server was so rude and snotty to us , we come here all the time !! We were paying with cash and a gift card and we have never had to use the machine on the table to pay . All the other servers that have helped us before had no problem taking our payment.
The server we had was beyond nasty and rude she scolded us and said we need to learn how to use the payment kiosk and she spun it around real fast and was really snotty and said see …this is how you do it!!
We spoke to the manager but the manager could care less!!! You have lost two long time customers!! We will never come back !!

We go to Chili's often. The last few times we've gone, the food quality has gone way down. I'm not sure if they have had turnover in the kitchen... From having the cheese I asked for ON my Chicken sandwich served cold and on a separate little plate to sauce barely drizzled on the boneless wings and overall partially cold food and just lower quality overall. Gave it more stars for service as we always have great service there. Hopefully they fix the kitchen situation soon.

After a camping trip with my friends we stopped at this Chili’s for lunch, as a group of people who love going to Chili’s, we were very excited to show our one friend her first time eating there! However our experience was more than subpar. Our server seemed immediately irritated from first touch at the table simply taking our drink orders. We each ordered appetizers, entrees, sides, and alcoholic beverages, making for quite the tab. Throughout the service our server was nowhere to be seen only refilling a few of our drinks at the very end of the meal. Multiple of our food items were undercooked/soggy/cold. As we sat all very clearly done eating, ready for boxes we watched as seemingly every member of the team actively avoided our table. After a while of this we decided to ask a server in a near by section to which he made direct eye contact with us, chuckled and walked into the kitchen. We then proceeded to ask another server who also very clearly actively ignored us. As a group of 5 people who all work or have worked in the hospitality industry for a long time, this level of disrespect and ignorance from an entire service team is asinine. It was immensely clear that your team took one look at our group and made a summation of the type of patrons we would be and acted accordingly, an absolute ridiculous practice in a hospitality based industry. I implore your management team to take a look at your practices within this location and address these issues.

What has happened to Chilli's? Every thing tasted soooo bad and it was 47 dollars. Guac...an avocado not even blended and zero ingredients? Salsa that was sooo salty it was gross. Rice was wasn't even cooked, ruined it for me. Wanted a Pizza Fr my fav BBQ place that was way too crowded so I came here instead. Last time ever.
