Went to pick up fajitas for 2. It states double sides with 4 proteins..... I got fajitas for 1, I asked the girl if it was fajitas for 2, maybe I wasn't clear when I ordered, she assured me that it was. Frustrating, I live in Pine and so not want to drive all the way back

I walked in around 5:45pm on a Tuesday, to pick up a to-go order. The lady running the to go station was very kind. We ordered molten cakes and they were literally cold. Not even heated up. They combined my son's chicken pasta with French fries in his box. The fries were cold and soggy. Mind you, I placed the order at 5:30pm and got handed my food at 5:55pm and went straight home. They crammed my husband's salad into a salsa cup. Not satisfied with the to go food at all. There is always room for improvement.

We spent the day on the Mogollon rim, we had Frodo with us so we couldn't dine inside, ordered online and ate our meal in the truck, ordering was so easy, they completed our meal very quick and even cut up a plain burger patty for Frodo. Awesome meal, thank you.

My boyfriend and I come here all the time food is usually good and service is great but i definitely got food poisoning on 3/1/25. So be cautious ordering the margarita grilled chicken and the white cheddar Mac and cheese. The kitchen staff is either not washing their hands properly or I was given expired, not properly stored or correctly kept to temp food.

Our server was so rude and snotty to us , we come here all the time !! We were paying with cash and a gift card and we have never had to use the machine on the table to pay . All the other servers that have helped us before had no problem taking our payment.
The server we had was beyond nasty and rude she scolded us and said we need to learn how to use the payment kiosk and she spun it around real fast and was really snotty and said see …this is how you do it!!
We spoke to the manager but the manager could care less!!! You have lost two long time customers!! We will never come back !!

We go to Chili's often. The last few times we've gone, the food quality has gone way down. I'm not sure if they have had turnover in the kitchen... From having the cheese I asked for ON my Chicken sandwich served cold and on a separate little plate to sauce barely drizzled on the boneless wings and overall partially cold food and just lower quality overall. Gave it more stars for service as we always have great service there. Hopefully they fix the kitchen situation soon.
