Seriously disturbing visit. Between under-cooked meat and spilling my bowl, it was a hot mess.

The lady taking our order was sooo rude! I explained my daughter has celiac disease and can’t have a tortilla but still wanted the child’s plate. After multiple times explaining she can’t have tortillas, she was very hostile. She repeatedly rudely spoke to my daughter, who’s 8, trying to get what she wanted. My other daughter won’t eat cilantro. And usually chipotle keeps plain rice in the back. My daughter asks for that, and was practically yelled at for asking. After trying to just get through the line, my wife’s GRILLED onions, were raw!

Overcharged me for chips and guac. I let it slide cuz I was hungry and didn't want to argue with mountain folks.

Rice in our burrito was still hard and raw, not cooked at all. So if you can I would definitely open your burritos before leaving the restaurant

Dear Chipotle Customer Service,

I am writing to express my concern regarding an upsetting experience my family and I had during a visit to your Payson location. As a loyal Chipotle customer, I was excited to see a store in Payson, but this experience left me disappointed and unsettled.

My wife, our 10-month-old son, and I were on a family trip and decided to stop at your store. At first, everything seemed fine. My wife ordered a burrito, and when asked by an older blonde-haired employee if it was for here or to go, she responded politely with “to go.” However, I noticed the employee rolled her eyes, which came across as rude.

When I asked why she had done that, rather than addressing the question calmly, the employee looked at my wife and said, “Don’t be rude.” This response shocked both of us. She then slammed the burrito onto the counter, escalating the situation unnecessarily.

To avoid further confrontation, I decided not to order and prepared to leave. But as we were leaving, the employee mocked us and sarcastically said, “Have a great New Year!” in a loud and antagonizing tone.

While I can’t say for certain what motivated her behavior, it certainly felt personal and unprovoked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially when we were simply enjoying a family outing. Instead of leaving happy, we were left upset and uncomfortable.

I’m sharing this in the hope that steps will be taken to ensure that all customers feel welcomed and respected at your locations. I trust Chipotle’s commitment to excellent service and believe that this experience does not reflect the values of your company.

Please feel free to reach out to me if further details are needed.

Ordered on my phone and then picked up 15 min later in drive thru. Loved it!

Dietary restrictions: They have lots of options and you can basically build your own with what you can eat.

I can't believe this food actually came from chipotle. The rice is not even cooked. And that's all this entire tray was nothing but rice there might have been six beans three pieces of steak for tomatoes one piece of lettuce two peppers and half a piece of chicken. Come on guys you can do better than this. Worst freaking dining experience ever.

Delicious food. But the location runs out of things frequently enough that if we are passing through, we may not get food there.

LIFE IS GOOD!

Food was watery and caused tge tortilla to get soggy. Beef was tasteless. Service is good, but one guy seemed uninterested in detached. Noisey atmosphere.
