Have had so many issues with this location it’s too much to type. Blonde girl at the counter needs to be trained. Also, how can you open at 10:45 and have a 10 minute wait on both types of beans? I think there isn’t a manager at this location most of the time. Good luck

Absolutely electric chipotle visit. I walked in and was left speechless… the efficiency of the line, the cleanliness of the bathroom, and most importantly the quality of the food was out of this world. I was taken back I had to pinch myself as if I were dreaming. The rumors are true, this might just be the best Chipotle this side of the Mississippi. I took one bite and knew I was home. My food was meticulously put together as if I were dining like a king. I was so blown away I went and asked for the employees name. Cruz was the man upon whom this Chipotle stands. His shoulders bear the weight of all the fast food in Payson. Truly blown away, my world has been changed forever, if you ever see this… thank you Cruz.

I brought a group of 28 to this location after wrapping up our trip. We ordered through the app and showed up much earlier than we scheduled on the app, but Lyric (our server) did an AMAZING job making all our orders super fast, while still ensuring each were correct and had good portions!

It's always the fattest people who give the least amount of protein, asked for half steak and half chicken, I counted, got 3 pieces of steak and 1/8 scoop of chicken. The short fatty needs to be fired
