The blizzard we ordered was good, never got tipped upside down in front of us but good none the less. The customer service was exact opposite of this blizzard- no smile, no words, and a very rude off sending…behind the counter was another employee sitting on the floor what appeared to be relaxing.

I'm not sure what the point of the table number placards is if you just yell out the numbers instead of bringing the food to the table. Also, buttered texas toast generally tastes better with butter.

This is the SECOND time I have asked for a Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard and they have forgotten the fudge center. I reached out to corporate the first time this happened a few weeks back and still have not heard anything back. Extremely disappointed.

Don't expect to get what you're used to at this DQ. I ordered a Oreo Blizzard and it had maybe half an oreo mixed into the ice cream. What's worse, I was waiting at the bar stool area for them to make it and they didn't tell me it was ready but just set it on the counter. I finally noticed it sitting there, who knows how long exactly, and had to ask them if it was mine. The girls working there seem to only want to talk to themselves than provide even decent service.

Ordered a meal that included a sundae. They gave us the ice-cream before our food was done! Acted really confused when I suggested they should wait until food is ready before serving the ice cream.....nothing but a melted mess! 🙄

I don't know where they're coming up with these prices or if the employee is keeping what they over charge but I know for certain that $9.25 for a medium vanilla blizzard with brownie pieces is robbery

This one star review is about customer service. My order was $7.39. I gave the worker $20.39. The change I was given was $12.95. When I questioned the change she looked at me like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I said, I gave you one quarter, one dime and four pennies. She agreed and said that’s .34. I said no it’s .39. At this point she turned on her heel and briskly walked to the back leaving another worker to deal with the problem. So, I explained it to her giving back the .95 and said I am owed another dollar. To the worker who walked out on your responsibility to me, THE CUSTOMER. You could have handle this in a numerous ways but, you choose to walk away leaving me standing there. That is why this DQ received this review from me. No matter whether you owed me .5 or 5 dollars it was up to you to reconcile it. Have a nice day snowflake!
