Service is mostly great here, tho tonight for some reason after forgetting to hand me a large Sprite I ordered I was instead given water, I get its not fun to have to walk out to hand food twice but I'm not the one who forgot my drink in the first place.I'm a regular at this location, was not called for to be treated this way when I've never been demanding or rude to any employee's.

I'm not sure if this is a new concept that dairy queen is trying. I was set to have a hunger buster burger. This Dairy Queen only had two food options. A chicken sandwich or a hot dog. If you get the combos be aware if you want onion rings there is a$.70 up charge and if you want the cheese curds there is a $1.20 upcharge. Also the hot dog combo is only the meat and bread no chili or cheese. The chicken sandwich is two chicken strips not a chicken patty. The onion rings and cheese curds were really good. The chicken sandwich and the hot dog were not that great especially for the price.

I've always loved going to DQ unfortunately it seems it's quality and service has taken a step or two back. The past couple times we have gone there, the blizzards were pretty much just vanilla soft serve with a little bit of whatever flavor ordered sprinkled on top and for $5 for something a little bigger than a Dixie cup you would think they at least wouldn't skimp on the cookies. We ordered a chicken basket meal and an order of onion rings, and they just threw my onion rings on top of my husband's chicken basket and called it good and it took close to 20 min to get that. very disappointing

I was very very disappointed in the service. I got a large blizzard with my nephews and sit down to talk and enjoy. I get almost half way down my blizzard and from there on its nothing but ice cream. Ask the employee why it's nothing but ice cream in the bottom half. That's just the way it mixes it. I ask for more so it's not just ice cream, she says since you ate it I can't do anything. That makes no sense. Of course I ate some. How else did I get to the bottom half where there's nothing but ice cream. Next time I'll go else where or just to the store to buy a tub of ice cream. Would have been cheaper and I dont have to deal with employees who don't care.
