Had to be the worst service I've ever had. I had to ask for utensil had to ask for refills food took forever and when we did get our food it was cold and had a hair in it!

Brad is always absolutely fabulous, he makes everyone feel so welcome. Prior to going to our Payson Denny's I've never had such a great experience at a Denny's. April is also very good. The food never disappoints. When you mention our Denny's to anyone the first thing they mention is how great Brad is, then about the good food.
Our server, Brad, was EXCELLENT this fine afternoon. He welcomed my wife and I with a smile and sat us down in a timely manner. Took our order and made sure it was made exactly the way we wanted. Our drinks were refilled at the perfect time, every time. Brad was a breath of fresh air. Will be back soon!
