Everything about this place was absolutely 💯 delicious. And you can often times see Dear or Elk feasting on the lawn outfront of the building. It's A shame that here soon these restaurants will be closed down due to bankruptcy.

Brad, Cameron and Bill are the greatest servers at Payson, Arizona restaurant. We go there at least once a week and these people are always smiling, accommodating, helpful and always on top of their game. We always look forward to seeing them. They are the poster people for other servers. They are kind and go beyond and above always and every day of the week. I love them and they make Dennys a beautiful experience. Brad alwaysl makes sure ALL CUSTOMERS in the restaurant have what they need while STILL doing all his own work. Please give these people a gift card for Christmas. Why? Because they are an asset to your company. Period. God bless them and you also. It's the reason we will go there on Christmas for a meal. This food is good but secondary. Brad is the purist definition of customer service at its finest. A Michelin Star restaurant would be lucky to have him.
He not only greets everyone with a genuine smile while also delivering food and taking orders flawlessly, he continues to check in appropriately, pre-bus tables all while maintaining constant awareness of his surroundings. His appreciation for his cook staff was also remarkable.
Just go to this Denny’s to meet Brad. You won’t be disappointed.

Did a To go order. When I got to the hotel the broccoli with ice cold and. Very little sauce and a bourbon chicken skillet. The potatoes were medium warm and the chicken was nice and hot.

Dennys- in general seemed to really go down hill. This was the second Dennys I went to in 2 sequential days. The first one, I just left. This one i was a little more patient but shouldn't have been.
They have no one covering the front counter. So, to be seated or to pay, you have to wait until a server is free to break away. Had 4 cups of coffee in their miniature sized coffee cups. 3 of the 4 were Luke warm.
Server was good, friendly and attentive but failed miserably on the cold coffee. Why isn't the coffee waiting on a hot burner?

We were waiting a good while after being sat down and no one ever came over to ask us for drinks or our orders. They sat down other people and took their orders but neglected to do the same with my family. Some servers made eye contact a few different times while we were waiting and still made no attempt to ask us if we needed help or ready to order.
