I'm surprised this location actually stuck around for a while. Lack of service, they didn't bother to repair their drive through system, and I'm sure the inside was not clean.
It's very typical to be left waiting in the lobby for up to 10 minutes before anybody even acknowledges you are in the store and then it could be another 5 minutes before anybody takes your order lots of noises in the back not sure what's going on

Lilly was all by herself.And she was in the middle of a rush and she was still very friendly even though she was stressed and got our drinks done as soon as she could. Great employee.
I’m confused on to why they have one employee at all time working, I go through the drive thru and it take about 20 minutes when there’s only 2 cars in front of me? and their intercom has been broken since the dawn of time. don’t go to this location if you have ANY plans before hand.

Parking: My husband was surprised by how big the large was. Especially compared to the hydro flask 32 oz. .. very was so good. Thank you for the free gifts card from Dunkin donuts.

Save yourself aggravation and go to Starbucks. Ordered mobile and nobody started my order even when I was standing at mobile pickup counter then sat down. I see mobile tickets printed and getting ignored. They then ask what I was waiting for and I told them a mobile order. They made it, but did not follow recipe of 2 pumps of flavor I saw her put 4 and it was way too sweet. I went back to counter and wasn't acknowledged so I cut my losses and just left with a disgustingly sweet drink. Waste of time, store was also filthy dirty.

Great drinks, great donuts....worst service in town...it was Labor Day...only one person in front of us and he said it took about 20 minutes to get his dozen donuts. ..our service was just as bad

I am writing to bring to your attention my recent experience at the Dunkin' Donuts location in Payson. This morning, I encountered several issues that I believe need to be addressed to improve the service quality at this location.
First, the drive-thru microphone has been non-functional for over 30 days, requiring customers to drive up to the window to place their orders. When I arrived at the window, I had to knock to get the attention of an employee who appeared to be asleep.
Furthermore, when I placed my order, I was informed that only glazed donuts were available, which could have been better given the usual variety Dunkin' Donuts offers.
The service I received was unsatisfactory, and it reflects poorly on the brand. I strongly recommend either shutting down this location or finding a new franchisee who can maintain the high standards Dunkin' Donuts is known for.

Why did you take down the huge drive thru broken sign if it isn't yet fixed? 15 minutes in a 2 car line to order at the window is absolutely unacceptable for what should be a quick breakfast.

Showed up at 4:40pm, 20 minutes before closing and they refused to make us coffee because they said they were cleaning the coffee pots. It’s not as if we asked them to make a difficult drink. Just coffee. I’ve been going to Dunkin for years and have never experienced such poor service from their workers as we have had here.
