Absolute garbage. 430pm on a Friday. Donuts were so dry they are inedible. Only milk choice for my coffee was whole milk. Only positive was the gentleman working seemed embarrassed this was the product he had to serve and he was kind. Never again. I’d rather suffer through gas station coffee and snacks.

Girls helping me were super nice! And very busy. Only two of them and it was busy Christmas Eve. Big, clean store, but displays were empty of products. Dunkin has fun merch, too bad they were out of a bunch of stuff.

None of the rude boys that work here deserve a paycheck. Sunday morning, 3 people in a drive thru and they still can’t get an order right. They say “order when ready” but then when you order you get no response. I say “hello?” And the kid very rudely says “ ORDER WHEN READY.” I had to repeat myself multiple times only for them to still get my order wrong. We pulled around so I could go inside, but the door was locked, even though they’re “open” so I knocked and they yelled from inside “the door is locked” and then ignored me. One thing is for sure, the guy working the drive thru probably would’ve been able to hear me better if he didn’t have his headset on OVER his beanie that was covering his ears. Let me also say, this is not the first time I’ve been to this location with these same kids working and had problems.

This shop was surprisingly busy, and there was a bit of a line which moved a bit slow (prob took a little under 10 min); outside, the drive-thru was equally busy. The seating area was small with some booths, and they have single restrooms; meh in terms of cleanliness).I will say though the donuts weren't too bad. I like how they weren't overly sweet and I actually found the frosting at this location to be rather creamy and tasty.Parking: There's a small parking lot behind, however it can get busy to get in and out, especially as cars are also coming in and out through the drive-thru.

This store is an absolute dump. The donut area is pretty dirty and looks as if it never gets cleaned. Donuts are usually undercooked. The coffee always tastes either burnt or sour.
Ordered two coffees and received two cups of water that resembled the color of coffee....went inside from the drive thru to ask to have it remade and was told the coffee would taste the same because of how the morning crew made it....? Trying to understand, threw away both coffees. Waste of time and money.

Waited five minutes just for someone to walk up to the register and then another 20 minutes for our order. We were the only people there when we walked in. Next time I pass through town, this stop is a hard pass.

The food was bad, the drinks were bad. However, the customer service with rainbow haired feminist girl was by far the worst I've ever seen. See my reviews, I've seen bad service. However, this rainbow haired girl would get mailed a "Worst customer service 2023" award because she earned it. She worked hard to be terrible at her job and terrible at speaking to people. She worked hard daily, I'm sure. Forgetting people's food, not caring one bit about if someone asks her for something. She earned this prestigious award. I can say if the terrible customer service at Cheesecake factor. However, this girl said, "Hold my nose ring and rainbow hair, I will provide you with the worst service. She did, and I'm proud of her because it takes a special type of person. A special type of person to live in such a beautiful place and hate life so much. Congrats, u are a true marvel. You earned the award 2023. Let's see who can beat you.
