My go to place for coffee and their Dutch H20. Absolutely love this place and I'm so thankful they have a location here in Payson. You have to try the white zombie freeze.
It should be illegal to work as slow as these employees do, it just makes me think that the workers are selfish. Even when it’s not busy, you’ll be there for 15 to 25 minutes or more, They do not care about the customers at all. and even when there just 6 cars in front of you, you know you’ll be waiting a hour. Not to mention A lot of of the drinks I’ve had in the past had like dirt on the bottom or dead flies in my drink.

Stopped by to get our energy to carry us through the rest of our hour and a half drive after being stuck in Holbrook, AZ for 4 hours with car issues. Only to get our hopes up for Dutch Brothers, with half filled drinks that had no flavor. We asked for more flavor as we requested and paid for extra sweet. And the gentleman poured some but it seemed little to barely nothing he added. We always stop at this DB on our way to Phoenix and back to NM. We left disappointed, hopefully next time is better. 🥲
