They were probably understaffed. But this was the slowest Dutch B’s I’ve ever been to. Twenty-five plus minutes in line and no person taking orders with the tablet. Management needs to handle the issue of wait times.

They take foreverrrrr! Especially when there’s a long line. They never send out anyone to get orders until the last minute. I’ve sat for almost 30 minutes before. I tried to go to the window to avoid the drive thru line and you still have to wait for the drive thru orders to get your order so it’s pointless. I also tried to do a pickup order so I wouldn’t have to wait. And when I got there after I was notified my drink was ready; I STILL had to wait almost 10 minutes.

My go to place for coffee and their Dutch H20. Absolutely love this place and I'm so thankful they have a location here in Payson. You have to try the white zombie freeze.
