They take foreverrrrr! Especially when there’s a long line. They never send out anyone to get orders until the last minute. I’ve sat for almost 30 minutes before. I tried to go to the window to avoid the drive thru line and you still have to wait for the drive thru orders to get your order so it’s pointless. I also tried to do a pickup order so I wouldn’t have to wait. And when I got there after I was notified my drink was ready; I STILL had to wait almost 10 minutes.

My go to place for coffee and their Dutch H20. Absolutely love this place and I'm so thankful they have a location here in Payson. You have to try the white zombie freeze.
It should be illegal to work as slow as these employees do, it just makes me think that the workers are selfish. Even when it’s not busy, you’ll be there for 15 to 25 minutes or more, They do not care about the customers at all. and even when there just 6 cars in front of you, you know you’ll be waiting a hour. Not to mention A lot of of the drinks I’ve had in the past had like dirt on the bottom or dead flies in my drink.

Get more people to work on the weekends. I have been waiting for over 40 minutes while the girl makes drinks for the drive thru. The guy was much more respectful towards all customers. This is terrible. Smh

Only to get our hopes up for Dutch Brothers, with half filled drinks that had no flavor. We asked for more flavor as we requested and paid for extra sweet. And the gentleman poured some but it seemed little to barely nothing he added. We always stop at this DB on our way to Phoenix and back to NM. We left disappointed, hopefully next time is better. 🥲
