Wow! Not very impressive folks, don't know what you did to the rice but the new recipe, yuk!. My enchiladas seemed like they were in a lake of grease, that also was a turn off.

OMG The best chicken & green chili quesadilla we've ever had in a restaurant! Large, toasty and packed with chicken and cheese and green chili. Carley our server was super good. Wife had the 2 chicken and spinach enchiladas special, it was delicious too! The salsa and chips were also perfect for our spicy taste.
