Everything we ate from the appetizer, guacamole , chips , salsa and the Margaritas was outstanding!! My wife and I shared our meal which was pork carnitas it was delicious and the portions were enough for the two of us. We are from Fountain Hills and travel through Payson on a regular basis and often wanted to stop and try the restaurant we were not disappointed!! The decor was beautiful inside the restaurant and it was extremely clean. The service was perfect. We would highly recommend this establishment for Mexican food!! Gary

My husband said that was the best green chili chimichanga he has ever had. I had jalapeno cream sauce on chicken pico de gallo burrito and it was out of this world. Great place for a stop on a road trip

my family and I a total of five went today around 6 pm. When my mom checked in she was told 20 minute wait, we waited for an hour. In that time 4 families were sat before us, three of which got there after we did. There were three parties of three and one of four. The hostess was rude and looked disassociated. When we asked three Separate times she made no effort to provide comfort or provide reassurance, she hardly even spoke unless giving us a time and that’s all that came out of her mouth. When waiting to get my drink at the bar a server knocked into me and did not acknowledge me at all. Extremely disappointed will likely not be returning. El patio sat us in 15 minutes of arriving.
We love Mexican food and love hitting up those restaurants. This place had a great vibe, fantastic food, very filling, the service was fantastic. A truly great experience. It was my wife's birthday and they gave her a surprise, very nice of them. We ordered the Fajita Supreme, the Hawaiian Quesadilla, and kids menu Mac n cheese. The portions are bigger than what we get in the Valley. The prices are good as well. We went on a Sunday night so it wasn't very busy. The margarita was so good, not too sweet, not overly strong. Perfect.
