I love 5 guys, I eat a lot of 5 guys burgers lol. But most of the time or atleast my experience. More than half of the time tHE burger is sloppy and greasy. Not saying that technically a bad thing I'm just saying lol. But this 5 guys in Payson gace me the best burger, so clean and perfect. Tbe kid behind the counter even explained the menu to me as I never realized the menu says cheese burger but it's a double. And it hit me lol, im an idiot ........I would always ask for a double and get 3 Patty's and the kid said " yeah because a "little cheeseburger" is a single patty. I've been. Eating 5 guy for years and never ever thought about it. Hmmmm learn something knew everyday 🤣 Best 5 guys I've ever been to and everyone behind the counter was not a day oast 18 or atleast they looked very young. Usually means the service is going to suck and they are goi g to get my order wrong. But the complete opposite. Everyone working Thursday Jan. 30th 2025 arpund 12:40 pm should all get a raise and a "Thataboy" and girl because a young lady was on the grill. Thank you for restoring my faith in young generation.

How can anyone afford to eat here? Service was great, hamburgers are pretty good, but pricing seems really high. I guess this is just the new normal, but if I am going to feed 6 people, I would do something else.

Been coming here since it opened, always good. Tonight was exceptional. Place was just a bit cleaner than I have ever seen it, lady behind the counter greeted us warmly as we entered, had her gent take our order swiftly, and she started our patties immediately herself. I asked order gent for crispy fries, later, nice lady brought them to me: "I added 90 seconds, hope they are OK." They were magnificent. My wife didn't get her fair share. I was so impressed with this lady, I asked her name so I could leave this review: Chantel. She rocks! And from now on I will ask for my fries "Chantel style: Please add 90 seconds." Sweeeeet!

Loaded bacon double cheeseburger is the way to go. The staff was younger kids who were very polite with customers and were laughing and kidding with each other as they worked which was good to see. They were also on the spot when the ketchup dispenser ran out? I've been to a lot of Five Guys but this one has a great atmosphere I always try to stop in when I'm going through.

I read laudatory reviews, but the restaurant disappointed my whole family. We ordered small cheeseburgers, there was nothing in them except cutlets, cheese and mayonnaise. The classic cheeseburger had no sauce at all. If it is the policy of the restaurant that you need to ask to add ingredients or sauce, then the staff did not warn us about this. The potatoes were served in a drink glass, but that's half the trouble. She had black spots, which was not appetizing for a second. The most poorly spent 50 bucks.
