Always stop here on the way back to Phoenix, nice places to park the 5th wheel and let the puppies walk a little. I accidently left my debit card there a week ago. I called and the manager, Laurie, found it and mailed it back to me at no charge. I wish every business was this kind and professional. We will continue to use this stop frequently and I just have to say THANK YOU Laurie!!!!

I was stranded in Payson a few days ago with a UHaul truck that wouldn't start and landed in the Speedway parking lot. The folks there were so kind, offering jumper cables, fountain drinks. Kind, and wonderful folks. Thank you for all of your help.

When I went in for snacks, the employee behind the counter didn't even speak to me, was busy putting on perfume on and just rang my stuff and that was it, when I said thank you nothing... I took my stuff and left. I'm sorry but I won't be back. It's not like I wanted a whole conversation but a smile or something. Even a grunt would have been something. Oh well I will take my business elsewhere.

This morning walk into front Door a Employee young Girl walked by she said hello & I say Hello .I grab 2 water bottles went to buy them I said get me a lottery tickets.She tells me Can you say Please .I said guess you want me to say pretty Please .She said Yes .When did it come Down to we had to say Please to buy something..I told her to keep water & lottery tickets.There other business that I can shop .Went to Circle K .She really ruined my Day .She has bright Red Hair women.If I could i give her a bug 0 ⭐ .The younger people do not know good customer service.With these type of attude they will not have my business.I have lived in Payson az since 1972 .And seen a lot come & Go .I will never as a Business Please can I buy something from you .They need local people that support them .

Walked inside to pay for $40 in gas with my debit card got back to the valley and they charged my card $41! If they do this to everyone using card they would make bank. I won't be going back for sure. Dishonest

It's parade night. There's NO hot chocolate. Get it together. 10 cups piled in front of drink machine. Obviously everyone wants the same thing.
One pump was out of service and another one's card reader didn't work.

Went to this store to put in gas and use the restroom. The outside appearance was bad. The trash was overflowing at all the trashcans. Went inside and the employee seemed to busy but no one was in store. Didn't even acknowledge me. So I left and went to circle k.

Women's bathroom was filthy. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There were blood droplets and smears all over the floor of one of the stalls. It wasn't raining when I was there, and there were muddy footprints leading from the front door to the bathroom. Dirt was covering everything. Will not use this again.
