I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

Have not been to a Chili's in close to 10 years...especially here in Payson, there are enuff locally-owned places that are good, that it is not necessary to go out for factory food. But, it was Veterans' Day, and Chili's was offering free meal for vets, so we thought, What the heck. I was just hoping that the special was not Chili's baby-back ribs, because there is nothing to brag about, with Chili's ribs. We each ordered the Old Timer Burger with cheese, one of the four options for the Vets' special. It was very good! Surprised us both. Burger patty was large, cooked just right, and the bun was very fresh, soft, and perfect. A very nearby local burger place has been our favorite spot for a burger, but they've slipped lately, and this burger had theirs beat in every way. The only downside to the meal was the fries. OMG did someone loosen the top on the salt shaker in the kitchen??? I've never had such salty fries. We couldn't eat them...it was like SALT with a side of fries!! In another circumstance, I'd have sent them back, but this WAS a free lunch after all, so it didn't seem right to complain. Next time - yeah, I might go back for one of their burgers - I'd ask them to go down the street to the fish and chips joint to get an order of the best fries in Payson. Thanks, Chili's for the gracious offer of a free lunch to honor Vets! And hold the salt...T

What food we got was average/good, but two out of four orders were screwed up. We ordered takeout and took it back to the hotel and didn’t discover it immediately. Too tired to deal with going back to get it rectified. Waiter was less than attentive and didn’t want to be there which is where I think things went south with two of our orders. Average chili’s experience at this location.

You’re betting off getting food from the frozen isle of the grocery story. Worst wings I’ve ever had. Very disappointed. Center of wings were cold when eaten within 5 minutes of pickup. Wings were extremely small. More the size of a nugget. Some didn’t even have 1/4 of the meat a nugget would and were mostly breading. The sauce was barely existent and “sprinkled” on.
Our family of 4 ordered two of these specials. We received two appetizers, four entrées, and two desserts. Add to that a five dollar margarita, and we were good to go! We had so many leftovers which makes it an even better bargain. The staff is always friendly here, also. It is one of our favorite stops in Payson!

We got the smoked wings, incredibly dry and honestly tasted burnt. Smoked wings should fall off the bone when done right... These did not. Wouldn't recommend or order agian. Oh and apperently your just supped to know it's located inside Chili's and do your best not to the bother the staff with asking silly questions, like, where do I pick up my order.
